Simasy have been awarded a project to build an Extranet for national tyre and inner tube wholesaler, Tubeline.

Tubeline have offices and warehouses around the UK and as the company has grown, so have the logistical problems of keeping the sales offices and warehouses up to date with stock levels and purchasing.

Tubeline approached Simasy to design and build a web-based sales and invoicing system that will link the sales offices and warehouses via a centralised management system. Offices will be able to see up to the minute information regarding stocks levels at their warehouses and take orders and payments without the need to contact warehouses for stock information. Order confirmations will be instantly emailed to clients, as will invoices when the order has been dispatched.

The system will also have a flexible reporting system, allowing Tubeline to generate sales and stock reports.
